Majestic Palaces and Forts - City Palace
Mehrangarh Fort, Jodhpur:
Located in the heart of the city of Jodhpur, standing tall on the top of a rocky cliff, the Mehrangarh Fort showcases the power and grandeur of the royal kings of Rajasthan. Built in 1459, the fort that was originally a palace is surrounded by gigantic walls which tell a story of the many battles fought to protect the kingdom. The Mehrangarh Fort is one of the largest forts in India. The fort encloses several beautiful palaces that are full of intricate stonework, beautiful windows, and huge courtyards. Amber Fort, Jaipur
Located in the middle of the Aravalli hills, Amer Fort is one of the most beautiful and grandest forts in Jaipur. The fort will give an aura of magnificence to the architecture and rich history of this beautiful masterpiece. The Amer Fort was built by Raja Man Singh in the 16th century. This fort is well renowned for its magnificent beauty of mirror work, marble carvings, and beautiful sculptures within this fort. Moreover, the fort was also given the tag of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During the evenings, you can also experience the light and sound show that would make you spellbound with the grandeur of this fort.

City Palace, Udaipur
The City Palace of Udaipur is said to be the largest royal palace in Rajasthan. This palace was built by Maharana Uday Singh in 1559. The palace has served as an abode for many Rajput Maharajas since it was built. It boasts of a dozen Mahals, pavilions, courtyards, terraces, rooms, and hanging gardens. The Udaipur City Palace Museum encompasses some of the finest Rajput arts, including Rajput paintings and architecture.
